How are my calls answered?

Initially, you need to fill up our form to register your details. For this, go to Get Started> Start with 7-Day Free Trial, and fill up your personal information. We will send an activation link to your email ID, when the registration is done. So, you can click on the link and get started with us. From then, our agents will start answering all your calls. Once the call ends up, you will receive an email or SMS (of your choice) from us, which explicates the call information in detail.

Do you have both onshore and offshore models?

Yes, we offer both onshore and offshore models for our customers.

Is there any refund option if I plan to stop using it?

No, we are not providing a refund option.

Can I have real-time accessibility to my dashboard?

Yes, we provide you with real-time access to dashboards and reports to help you analyze call volume and agent performance.

Can I forward my existing number to Great Answering Service?

Yes. You are able to forward your existing number to us, including numbers from Google, Grasshopper, and other telephony services.

How do I pay for your service?
